Customer Services is King!

So often with a new van the sales pitch is goodthen service is poor, I know by experience. Not so with SMC in Newark. Weordered our Globecar at a show in Junefor September, where no one pushed us to buy but were readily available toanswer any questions. There was a 2 hr + instruction and then a handoverincluding a  useful hamper. We have beenback twice to the service department and can only say how competent and politeit was. At this stage I would highly recommend SMC for sales and service. Afamily firm with a friendly feeling

Our New Frankia

Just a quick note to say a massive thanks for looking after us so well. It was the best experience we have had with a Motorhome supplier. It was great to deal with an independent family business. Will definitely recommend your company.
The tank was full of diesel which was a real surprise. I left a company in Portsmouth after spending a great deal of money and my first stop was around the corner at garage forecourt!!!
We found in one of the drawers something about the upholstery written in German. Am I right in thinking that the fabric has some sort of Scotch guard?
There was also some Gaslow adapters which I already have, I get these back to you some time.
We came back by the route suggested by your brother, home at 6pm after a food stop in Gloucester services.

Pilote Frankia Owners Trip

Just found your email in my spam again!

It was very kind of you to send the info on the Frankia owners visit.  We're heading back from Croatia at the beginning of June so we are going to investigate further to see if we can possibly fit the visit in. If it's not possible for us this time it will be definitely be planned into a future holiday as we really want to visit.

We're just about packed and ready for our first trip after work tomorrow and are absolutely delighted with our motorhome.

Thank you for all your help, I've been so busy this week, but I do intend to write a review as we were extremely impressed with the service we received from SMC particularly when viewing the motorhome at shows.  All SMC representatives were knowledgeable and informative, but we never at any point felt pressurised which made us feel more comfortable in returning to your stand and eventually purchasing from you.

Thank you for the hamper too, which was a lovely surprise, and we will enjoy it's contents this weekend.

Very helpful and down to earth

We collected our new Autosleeper Broadway EB in April and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were all very helpful and down to earth. We dealt with Joe Hall at the NEC in the October previously and everything went smoothly from start to handover. Even management can take time to talk to you and as we say in N. Ireland had a bit of craic.It is always the same anytime we meet. Great company and we highly recommend them to anyone. Well worth speaking to them before you purchase.

We recently purchased a Pilote G740C Motorhome from SMC and would just to like thank all of the staff at Newark for being so very helpful throughout our whole experience with them.

The salesman Neil, and Sean especially were such a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. We even had a beautiful hamper given to us when we collected the van.

I would strongly recommend SMC Motorhomes to all my friends and family and anyone else looking to to buy a motor home or trade in an existing.
