Just a quick ‘STAY SAFE’ update to all our valued customers and visitors from the team here at SMC Motorhomes Newark, regarding our efforts to ensure safety of all visitors and staff members.Many customers have been in contact as they would still like to visit us, to either view vehicles or arrange servicing and repair. Additional  steps we are undertaking to ensure a safe experience include the common sense approach, including but not limited to ..

  • The HIGHEST attention to sanitization of all high traffic and touch points.
  • Training and strict implementation for all staff to be adaptive to new measures.
  • Strict and NO EXCUSES required policy for ‘Stay At Home If You Feel Unwell’. This applies to all staff and visitors
  • Collection and delivery service to your home for pre-booked servicing of vehicles.
  • Personalised Video tour of any vehicle you may be interested in.
  • Out of hours meet and greet service for anyone concerned of social contact with other visitors to our site.
  • Remote transaction services for purchases of most vehicles, servicing, repairs and accessory items.
